In this episode of A Worldview Apart, Eric talks about recent cases of entertainment and media icons who have stumbled due to allegations of racist behavior, sexual harassment, or sexual assault. He uses these examples to make a broader statement about how society is demanding more accountability of people, particularly white men, and what strategies we can use to better navigate this transition. In the course of this solo episode Eric covers the topics of privilege, accountability, impact vs intent, and the need for external sources of feedback on the impacts of our behavior, among other things.
